AB 247, Our Bill to Raise Wages for Incarcerated Hand Crew Members, Passes its First Committee!

AB 247, a bill to raise wages for our heroic hand crews, passed the Assembly Public Safety Committee!

ARC member and formerly incarcerated firefighter Eduardo Herrera gave personal testimony to the committee about his experience and the need to fairly compensate incarcerated hand crew members.
